Ms. Villagracia finished her Juris Doctor at the University of Makati School of Law, where she was a top student and scholar. She also holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of the Philippines – Visayas, where she was a university scholar. She passed the Philippine bar examinations of 2025. As a law student, she was cited as the best intern during her internship with the Bureau of Legal Affairs of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.
